When one door closes, another one opens. While discovering a new path, that allowed me to connect with my community and create a lasting impact on the lives of those I serve.

Everything had changed, and finally, it reached a point where I couldn’t continue running my fashion design business any longer. As a young girl, I sewed my own clothes and even sewed clothes for my dolls. My mother noticed this interest and put me in sewing classes as soon as possible. I went to fashion design school in New York and worked as a pattern-maker right after graduation. The role evolved drastically over time, from paper patterns to learning Computer Aided Design and I continued to love the work with the new technology! However, my business, which started in 1990 and thrived for 30 years, was no longer viable due to the shift in clothing manufacturing overseas.
This wasn’t the first life-altering challenge I have faced. In 1995, I faced a difficult life choice having to start over financially and supporting myself and my son alone. During this time, the work ethic instilled in me by my mother and father who ran a meat manufacturing business and worked long hours to provide for our family, which guided me forward. Their dedication taught me perseverance, which became my guiding light during those challenging times.
For many years, I was able to continue growing my business, excelling in an industry that continued to transition overseas. But after many years, it was time to pivot. With my son starting his own life, I felt I was in a good position to take a leap of faith. My deep roots in the Fall River community, involvement with the Chamber of Commerce, and passion for people hinted at a new direction. I started studying real estate while working full-time, earning my REALTOR® license in 2014.

Letting go of a career I had loved since childhood wasn't easy, but it was time to put my scissors down. I joined a small brokerage where I soaked up wisdom from my mentor. Real estate was a natural fit from the beginning, allowing me to apply my genuine care and strong work ethic to help people successfully navigate the buying and selling process. My dedication paid off, and I was voted REALTOR® of the Year in 2019 by my peers and nominated in 2024. I focused on educating myself, becoming a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, a Certified Relocation Specialist, and a Certified Mentor. I transitioned to eXp Realty LLC, a global brokerage, and embraced their technological advancements to better serve my clients.
What sets me apart in real estate is my commitment to ethical and inclusive practices. I proudly wear my REALTOR® badge, ensuring I only show properties I would consider for my own family. I care about fine details, ensuring everything is done correctly so my clients can achieve their goals on time. I’m proud to offer a very inclusive experience, and recently got certified through the Ally Program to support ALL people.

My family has always been my motivation. Now, I cherish time with my grandchildren, using the flexibility real estate provides to be very involved in their lives. To recharge, I spend time rowing crew, kayaking, paddle boarding, and attending yoga retreats. Community service is also a significant part of my life through Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce, and board member of both the South Shore Board of REALTORS® and Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. As a Certified Mentor, I also enjoy helping agents learn from my experiences and conduct business ethically.
When I reflect on my journey, I’m proud that I was able to try something completely new and build a business on the foundation of my core values. At the end of the day, I simply want to help people, and real estate has been an incredible way to do just that! For me, it's not about making a quick sale but about building trusting relationships with my clients so that I’m their Realtor for life.
The most important thing for me is getting to know my clients. I'm willing to look at 30 houses if necessary because it’s not just about making a sale—it's about understanding what they truly want in a home. It matters to me that my clients are happy with where they’re going to wake up every day. It matters that, when they write that check, they love the house they bought because we took the time to find what they really wanted. For me, real estate is about building relationships. I've sold houses to multiple generations within families because they trust me to be honest with them, and that is a standard I will never compromise.
I pride myself on my professionalism and my strong communication skills. I ensure listings and marketing are done ethically, accurately, and in a timely fashion. I’m excited to place my experience and wisdom at your service so that together we can help achieve your dreams!
Sincerely,

Holly J. Bronhard
